Local Lawyer Wins Prestigious International Award
Peter Martin, a partner at Mello Jones & Martin, has been awarded the prestigious ILO Client Choice Awards 2010.
The Client Choice Awards recognise those law firms and individual lawyers around the world that stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service. Mr. Martin is the exclusive winner of the General Corporate category for Bermuda.
This year, the ILO awards were based on more than 2,000 nominations from international corporate counsel. The awards focus on law firms’ ability to add real value to their clients’ business above and beyond the other attorneys in the market. Nominations can only be made by corporate counsel and winners are selected based on an ILO subscriber survey, as well as interviews and client reviews.
With over 20 years of broad ranging experience in corporate and commercial law, Mr. Martin regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations and restructuring. He is regularly acknowledged in peer reviews as one of the leading corporate lawyers in Bermuda.
