Decorated Firefighter Retires After 28 Years

A decorated firefighter has retired from the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service after serving for almost 30 years. Divisional Officer Howard A. Caisey joined the Service as a volunteer in 1972 and became a fulltime firefighter in 1981.
