Video: St Kitts Prime Minister’s Bermuda Review
St. Kitts and Nevis’ Prime Minister Dr. Denzil L. Douglas has released a video yesterday where he talks about his recent trip to Bermuda.
Dr Douglas visited Bermuda from May 20 – 25, accompanied by Mrs Astona Browne, the Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs and Mr Erasmus Williams, the Prime Minister’s Press Secretary. During his time here, he addressed Parliament, hosted a Town Hall, watched the May 24th Parade, met various dignitaries and attended various functions.
It was his second visit to the island, with the first being in 1996. Dr Douglas said Bermuda and Bermudians were extremely welcoming, and that our positioning as an offshore financial centre served to inspire his own island.
