BELCO: 2,800 Without Power This Morning
[Updated] BELCO reports that as of 6:30am, there are 2,800 customers left without power, down from a high of approximately 28,700 around 48 hours ago, after Igor’s passing. 1,100 of those out are in the central areas, 1,000 in the east, and 700 in the western parishes. Indications of ‘Looting’ After Hurricane Igor

Buses Are Running Today As Normal
There has been no official statement issued, however it appears that the bus service is running as normal today [Sept 22]. We just came back from the Bus Depot on Palmetto Road, saw buses leaving, and confirmed with a few of the bus drivers that the service was back up.
