Burglary Charges: Teenagers Appear in Court
A trio of teenagers appeared in Magistrates Court today [Sept 28], all charged with some form of burglary. ZBM reported that 17-year-old Ryan Jay Furbert, of Footbridge Lane, Devonshire, admitted to breaking into a Smith’s Parish home and removing over $9,000 worth of electronics. Ferry Service Suspended to Further Notice

Police Car in Pursuit Overturns & Crashes
(Updated with photos) An accident just occurred this evening (Sept 28) on St David`s Road involving a Police car, with the officers being taken to hospital for treatment after the car overturned. BDA Wins 5 Medals: Taekwondo World Champs
Four students of Yong Duk taekwondo traveled to Kalamazoo Michigan last weekend to compete in the 2010 IAMA Taekwondo World Championships, and represented the island admirably capturing five medals. At 4:00am this morning (Sept 28) Police responded to the L. F. Wade International Airport where the Airport Security Police reported that a breach of security had occurred.
