Opposition Leader Issues Thanksgiving Message
Opposition Leader Kim.Swan extended his Thanksgiving wishes:
On behalf of my wife Cindy and United Bermuda Party Colleagues, I would like to extend best wishes to our American family and friends for a Happy Thanksgiving.
We in Bermuda have enjoyed a long and distinguished friendship with the United States of America.
Our American neighbours to the west have been a mainstay for our economy and we respect the contribution of their citizens, who in many ways have been of great benefit to our island, as family members, company executives, workers, business people and most importantly as our valued tourist.
We truly appreciate you our American family and friends and we wish you all the best for a blessed Thanksgiving 2010.
Happy Thanksgiving to all celebrating in Bermuda.
