Photos: 2010 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Hundreds of people turned out last night [Nov 26] as Agape House in partnership with the Corporation of Hamilton held the Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall.
The Town Crier started the night off by welcoming everyone, then introduced the entertainment for the night which included the Menuhin Foundation; school groups [video]; the combined Bermuda Regiment Band and Bermuda Island Pipe Band [video] and more.
An ‘explosion’ was seen on the top of City Hall, and then Santa Claus appeared [video] and mingled with the crowd, before being escorted away along with the Town Crier in a fire truck.
