2011 Bermuda International Marathon Results
Luke Watson from the USA and Stephanie Hodge from Canada are the Bermuda International Race Weekend Full marathon Champions. Watson crossed the line in a time of 2:22:48, with Teklu Terefera Deneke from Ethiopia second in a time of 2:26:07, while Derreje Hailegiogis also from Ethiopia finishing 3rd in a time of 2:25:51. Biwot & Jones Win Half Marathon
[Updated] Shadrack Biwot from Kenya and Tania Jones from Canada won the 2011 Half Marathon this morning [Jan 16] Biwot successfully defended his Bermuda International Half Marathon title when he crossed the Front Street finish line in a time of 1:07:14, Kumsa Magersa was second in 1:09:25 and Phillip Lagat was third in 1:09:30. At 8am this morning [Jan 16] dozens of young men and a handful of women entered the gates of Warwick Camp to begin their two week recruit camp.
