Bermuda Post Office Online Survey

The Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Kim Wilson would like to advise the public that The Bermuda Post Office is currently conducting a survey which will help to assess customer awareness of the Post Office postal products and services.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete and can be taken online through the Post Office website at www.bpo.bm. Hard copies also are available at the General Post Office in Hamilton and all parish post offices which can be completed and handed in at any post office.

Minister Wilson states: “The Bermuda Post Office is committed to delivering friendly and efficient postal services to the public. By completing this survey, the BPO will be able to assess current levels of customer awareness and provide a better range of services to the public.”

The survey will run from 21 February to 15 March, 2011.

    Perhaps somebody from the Post Office can be advised that the radio ad ‘get you mail right’ is possibly the worst commercial jingle ever made. You simply cannot hear what the message is and therefore it is totally useless. It was a complete waste of money and whomever produced the ad ripped you off.

    In all honesty I think the Bermuda postal service is a bit of a joke. Sure, it employs lots of pleasant Bermudians but recent regulations have made the issue of adhering to them more important than the actual delivery of mail. I am sure the amount of mail going through the local system continues to decline each year and of course the service does nothing to re-invent itself.
    Have you received a parcel recently? You can’t imagine…….
