ignorance prevails… how about maybe there were cars blocking the person scratching ur car. can we for once be thankful that there has been improvement with the camera system?!

      • just joking says:

one camera facing the car happened between 6pm and 11pm and yes the area was well lite…and they refuse to let you look at the tape,,,

Must be one of Dumb & Dumbers relatives. I mean…really…knocking over a parking machine in a very public place. Just how stupid do you get?

  4. What's The Difference says:

Last year no one was monitoring the CCTV systems around the clock. I believe that now there are people monitoring these cameras 24/7. Which could be why the person got away with scratching the car.
