Sailor Accused of Cruise Ship Sex Attack
A 40-year-old Filipino sailor faced charges of sexual assault in Magistrates Court this morning [Feb 4].
The defendant, who is not a resident of Bermuda, is accused of attacking a woman on board a cruise ship in December of 2010.
The defendant, who was accompanied by a female friend in court, was represented by lawyer Kendrick James. He received bail, and his trial is due to start in March of this year.

Would someone please tell me how this person received bail? Did they not say he was a cruise ship worker and not a resident of Bermuda..Dah So were is his passport?
Probably issued him a temporary work permit and is now working as a waiter at one of the hotels.
