Threatening Words: Pair Plead Not Guilty

This morning [Feb 1] two men appeared in Magistrates Court, and pleaded not guilty to using threatening words.

Both Macai Simmons, 18, and Kaiwan Trott, 26, were alleged to have threatened another man, and Mr. Simmons [pictured above right] is also charged with unlawfully damaging a motorbike. The Crown alleged that both men verbally threatened the other man, with Mr. Simmons saying: “I’m going to kill you and your boy. You’re both snitches.”

Both men were remanded in custody.
