Loyal Hill Pass: Fire Service & BELCO Attend
This afternoon [May 17] Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service responded to a report of a pole fire in the Loyal Hill Pass area. Belco personnel were also called out to attend the scene.
When Bernews arrived on the scene, there was no visible sign of smoke or fire, though there was a strong smell of smoke in the air. Belco personnel went about working on an electrical line that ran alongside the pole as the fire service stood by.
