Squash Challenge Draws International Crowd

The Department of Tourism sponsored Bermuda Squash Challenge has attracted a strong field of competitors from New York, New England, Boston, Toronto and of course Bermuda.

64 players will play off over 3 days of intense competition at the BSRA courts in Devonshire from Nov 10-12th.

BSRA Director of Squash Patrick Foster said “It’s a fantastic event featuring squash players of all levels and is attracting more and more players from the East Coast and Canada”

Despite the early snow storms in the US and now a surprise Tropical Storm in Bermuda the players are all here and ready to start the annual event which continues to grow year after year. New York Captain, Brett Erasmus said “We love coming to Bermuda. The squash is great and we get to watch the Rugby Classic”

Play starts this evening [Nov.10] at 6pm with matches through til Saturday 12th November when the finals will be held at 4pm. Addmision is free. For more information please visit www.bermudasquash.com
