Photos/Video: Bermuda Four Ball Winners

The Bermuda Four Ball Championship concluded yesterday [Nov.13] at the Port Royal Golf Course, the Championship Format was reduced from a 54 Hole Better Ball Stroke Play Event for teams of two to a 36 hole tournament due to the weather.

Ebonie Burgess and Elizabeth Parson were crowned the Ladies Champions while Nick Mansell and Jarryd Dillas were crowned the Men’s Champions.

Burgess and her partner Parson who is the youngest winner of this event at the age of 13 shot a 36 hole 20-over par 162, while Kathy Lloyd Hines and Gladys Chambaz finished second shooting 28-over par 170.

Mansell and Dillas have now both won this event twice in three years took the title shooting 4-under 138, Rod Forrest and Kirk Viehl finished as runners up shooting Even Par 142 and David Aderdice and Richard Neame finished third at Even Par 142 on retrogression.

Joan Wood-Cassidy and Carla Mann O’Callaghan shot a 2-over par 144 to claim the Ladies NET title, with Tracy Nash and Linda Down finishing second at 11-over par 153.

Brian Farmer and Kyle Viehl won the Men’s NET title shooting 7-under par 135, while Jerome Bradshaw and Frankie Furbert finished second at 6-under par 136 and David Haigh and Alan Boardman finished third shooting 3-under par 139.
