Christmas Carols With The Dolphins

December 6, 2011

Yuletide carols being sung by a Bermuda choir will be heard along with the songs of the dolphins at the West End later this month.

On December 18 Dockyard’s Dolphin Quest will be hosting a candlelit carol-singing event in the grounds of the Bermuda National Museum.

“Bring your chairs and blankets and come out to Dockyard to listen to and — sing along with — Christmas carols masterfully performed by a professional choir with the dolphins at 6 pm,” said a Wedco spokesman. “Don’t worry about transport as there will be a late ferry back to Hamilton at 7:30 pm”

“Don’t miss your opportunity to experience an exquisite night of song and celebration.”

Admission to the event is complimentary.

You have to be kidding right? Bernews you need to do an article to enlighten people on this sick dolphin slave trade. Anyone who takes their children to this are damn right IGNORANT!!!!!!

    • Seriously!? says:

I agree completely. This is disgusting. Now the dolphins have to suffer this indignity? Dolphins should not be kept in captivity for the cheap thrills of humans. No animal should.

DQ has a solid reputation for animal care, those animals are loved and treated better than most peoples children. There have been zero negatives from any WW organization about the care and well being of the DQ animals. If you feel passionatly about animal well being, put some effort into helping the ones who need you. See the article about some poor cat being strangled by a plastic ring, to which a writer answered “how is this my problem?”
