‘Lightning Strikes’ For Bermuda Writer

The latest book in the ongoing “Bermy Chick” chronicles is now available — a new page-turner by author Cha’Von K. Clarke about an outwardly successful Bermuda woman whose upwardly mobile future could be threatened by past indiscretions.

“Everyone has a ‘Black Sheep’ in the family — and at least one woman in your family, if not you, has made bad choices with men,” said the author. “On the outside, Miecah looks like a million dollars. She’s educated, career-oriented and confident.

“But, internally, Miecah holds many secrets that threaten to expose her true self to the world. Will her past haunt her to the very end?

The novel is currently available at the Book Mart.

Bermuda College recruitment officer Ms Clarke studied at Temple University in Philadelphia, where she earned a Liberal Arts degree majoring in psychology. She is a published writer, author, poet, and playwright.

Her books include the first two volumes in the “Bermy Chick” series “Streets are Listening … God is Watching and “ONYX…Rekindling”and the Christmas book, “Bermudian Christmas Stories for the Family”. She will shortly release volume of poetry entitled “Stolen Whispers.”

All of her books are also available in Kindle form online at major bookstores.

Ms Clarke’s CKC Corporation recently published accident survivor De’Jon Simmons’  account of his recovery “Memories Of My Scars.”
