Specialist Certification For Kenneth Krys

December 21, 2011

Kenneth M. Krys, founder and CEO of KRyS Global which has offices in Bermuda and the Caribbean, is among a select group of professionals to pass the Certified Specialist in Asset Recovery certification examination.

Mr. Krys [pictured] has now earned the privilege of using the prestigious designation CSAR, or Certified Specialist in Asset Recovery.

The CSAR credential is earned by individuals who pass a four-hour examination that provides a tough and objective measure of mastery of the challenging field of international asset recovery.

The certification program is administered by the International Association for Asset Recovery [IAAR)] the premier membership organisation of professionals in the field worldwide.

“For the successful candidates, the CSAR designation is powerful evidence of highly specialized expertise that is recognised and welcomed by law firms, corporations, courts, peers, government agencies, and clients,” said Charles A. Intriago, the president and founder of IAAR and a former US federal prosecutor.

To date there are approximately 50 individuals with the CSAR certification worldwide, and only three of which are located outside of the United States. Mr. Krys, being one of those three, is the only individual known to currently hold the certification in the Caribbean.

KRyS Global is a professional services firm committed to resolving complex cross-border issues in the areas of Corporate Recovery, Insolvency, Forensic Accounting and Business Advisory Services.

The firm has over 40 professionals who work from offices in four jurisdictions: the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas and Bermuda.
