Flagstone Declares $0.04 Quarterly Dividend
Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings, S.A. announced today [May 18] that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $ 0.04 per Common Share. The dividend is payable on June 15th, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1st, 2012.
