Flora Duffy Wins Time Trial In Colorado
Bermuda’s Flora Duffy won a Time Trial in Boulder, Colorado last night [May 18] during the first night of racing at the Superior Morgul.
Ms Duffy — who recently qualified for the 2012 Olympics — was easily the fastest rider in the debut of the time trial portion of the three-day series of races.
She finished in 16 minutes, 29 seconds, almost a half-minute ahead of Angela des Cognets of Golden. Heather Fischer from Boulder was third in 16:58 and Catherine Johnson of Boulder was fourth on a course with multiple challenging climbs.
