Car Ends Up On Side After Accident In Smiths

July 12, 2012

[Updated with video] At around noon today [July 12] there was an accident at junction of Store Hill and Middle Road in Smiths, which resulted in one car ending up on its side while the second car received what appeared to be relatively minor front-end damage.

As the car was stuck on the side of the road traffic was still able to flow freely, and many commuters slowed down to take a closer look at the car’s unusual positioning as they drove past.

The car was removed by a tow truck at approximately 1.10pm. We unofficially understand that none of the car’s occupants were injured, however we will update with official information as able.
