  1. Just Mind Boggling!!! says:

The things that he was convicted of are bad enough but to break into Treetops Nursery and damage certificates and artwork made by the pre-schoolers is on a whole new level. This act in itself is probably one of the LOWEST things a person with conscience or a heart can do. What have pre-schoolers done to this guy? I really want to know what did he get out of damaging pre-schoolers art work and certificates!

    • Swing Voter says:

This guy is finished….wouldn’t mind if a portion of my tax dollars are spent on warehouse-ing this guy in Jamaica for an indefinate period

  2. starlove says:

He was found guilty for all the above charges and only got 4 years? Way to go Bermuda this is the example you want to give? He needs to be put away for a lot longer than 5 years, next thing you know he will be on good behaviour and be out in 2 years. Shaking my head ONLY IN BERMUDA

  3. Still Trying to get it Right says:

This guy was in court in January for a slew of other offences….don’t see anywhere where he returned to court on that one…..He was bailed for $2,000…maybe considering that he admitted that he was a drug addict they should have remanded him……these crime spree’s would have not taken place, at least with him being the perpetrator!!! SMH!!!

  4. BDAGIRL says:

11 counts he should get 11 years. He better be thankful he didn’t break into my house with Hercules there.I would have put the low life out by the road after Hercules was finished with him. Remember Loyal Hill residents do not take likely to someone breaking and entering.

  5. Mad Dawg says:

Assuming he gets out in 2 years, that’s about 2 months per crime.

Is that supposed to be a deterrent?

    • Mad Dawg says:

Actually I miscounted. It’s 15 crimes. Slightly over 1 month per crime, assuming he gets out in 2 years.

Pathetic isn’t it. Catch a repeat criminal red handed, and the courts basically refuse to do anything meaningful about it. That’s part of the reason Bermuda is becoming a cesspool of crime.

  6. Head up high! says:

IVE SAID IT BEFORE – THE POLICE GET BLAMED WAY TO OFTEN IN THIS COUNTRY BUT ITS THE JUDGES THAT ARE THE BIGGEST PROBLEM AND ARE WAY TO INCONSISTENT IN THE WAY THE HAND OUT SENTANCES. WE NEED TO DEMAND MUCH MORE FROM THESE HIGHLY PAID JUDGES!

  7. OutsideThaBox says:

Not saying that this man’s crimes are not horrible… but wouldn’t a simple JOB have prevented most of these crimes from occuring!!! I hope he has enough sense to use his time wisely to get qualifications that will make it possible to get a job when he is relelased…That is if someone is willing to give a convicted felon a chance!! It’s like a revolving door when guys are released from prison and everyone acts surprised when they re-offend. even with qualifications no one wants to hire someone who’s spent time at the hotel in Dockyard!!

  8. BDAfan says:

He also broke into my house and the 2 houses next to me, but he didn’t admit to it and they didn’t have enough evidence to convict him. My husband confronted him with a baseball bat after he refused to leave, demanded money, and then tried to break down our bedroom door. It was the most terrifying experience I’ve ever been through, especially since my 5 month old baby was right there and my 5-year old was down the hall where we couldn’t get to him. I hate that this guy only got 4 years, especially when I think of what could have happened, had my husband not had the baseball bat!
