Does that include the buffet too?

    Does that include alcohol?

  3. JB says:

Does that mean the creditors get 50% of what they are owed?

    • R you serious!!! says:

      U’ll be lucky!

What I don’t understand is why Whites Southside couldn’t be
saved by somebody. When the bridge closes the St.George and
St.Davids have to eat.Don’t forget all the extra people they
have put in the Govt. homes in St. David’s.So sad.

        • Phoenix says:

The only functioning bridge is the Swing Bridge, the other doesn’t open at all. If the Swing Bridge was stuck open, sure, people from St. George wouldn’t be able to get to Whites Southside, and St. David’s Islanders would. Let’s say it does get stuck and no one can get it closed for days, there are still stores in the east to shop. But this is a silly debate. I can just imagine there being more boats in the water than Non-Mariners to get people, food and supplies across to the mainland not to mention other contingencies one can deploy.

          • Tolerate says:

Not as silly as you think. Ask any-one struck on this side of the Causeway when it got washed away. And that was before the increased housing in the St. David’s area. I agree, with the location and increased requirements in St.David’s, I pray some-one does take it over. However working with BLDC and their linking building would have to be addressed first, which could be a major hold up.

            • die hard St. George's Fan says:

Phoenix what I did mean was when the bridge closes meaning
the causeway when there is a hurricane and all those mouths
need to be fed with an increase of people in St.Davids housing.
Its a shame no well blessed in the pockets person/s can take over
              Whites Southside.

      • Really? says:

With all sales KPMG are having and people are buying, there must be some funds to go towards the creditors and not KPMG.

Save something for us please………. we will be there at 5:30 pm

  5. M.P.Mountbatten JP says:

Will it be 65% tomorrow ? You know the extra 15% for shopping on Wednesday . Just asking .

  6. Triangle Drifter says:

What does not get sold goes the dump? How about 75% off then dump?

  7. Honestly says:

What many forgot to say is when the bridge is closed due to high winds, we are left with Somersault in St. George’s. That is a smaller store and we can clean it out in the first hour. We need a store which contains some small home supplies that can be used during these times. Be smart, get hurricane items, and seasonal items, this can be a win-win for all residents. BUT 1st, much work must be done to The building @ Whites south side. On another note, just like the bowling alley needs to be leased, the movie theatre fixed, and reopened!!!!!
