Robinson Wins Player Of The Week Award
Logic and the Bermuda Cricket Board announced today [Aug 22] that Jacobi Robinson of the Somerset Cricket Club won the Logic 1st Division ‘Player of the Week’ for the second week in a row.
During Somerset Cricket Club’s game against Cup Match rivals St. George’s Cricket Club, Robinson took 4 wickets for 24 runs off 7.2 overs. St. George’s Cricket Club were bowled all out for 108, while the Somerset Cricket Club scored 111/3 in reply winning by 7 wickets.
Does this thing ends up with a player of the year, based on how many times one is awarded player of the week. If so Jacobi is well on the way for that. Congrats, Somerset all de way….
