So what happens if nobody comes forward saying that alcohol was stolen from them???

How the heck can Police arrest someone for stealing something that they hadn’t received a report of being stolen? Whose to say that the guy didn’t buy it or it was given to him after a special occasion or something by the part thrower? Because he was ‘acting suspiciously’ in their opinion, he must have stolen this stuff?

I’m not saying that the guy didn’t steal it, but they don’t know that for a fact. What happened to taking the guy’s information, put out the appeal and then coming back to arrest him if someone indeed confirmed that alcohol had been stolen from them? The way this happened just seems very undemocratic to me. If the Police are wrong, they could end up with egg on their face and a false imprisonment lawsuit (or at least that’s what I would do!)

Now with the belief of “Guilty until proven innocent of Innocent until proven guilty” Are you saying for a week or two, for them to hold the evidence he (may) have purchased/was given or to give him back the (possible) stolen items and if they were stolen, come back and arrest him knowing he would have plenty of time to discard all the evidence?

Now what if it wasn’t stolen and he was just walking home from the bus stop or going to a party! Isn’t murders and gangs to worry about than some damn liquor that hasn’t been reported stolen. Police out there looking for trouble. They should have been on mobile patrol in Khyber Pass and may have prevented the shootings. oh well..

Well this could impact the report that liquor sales increased 25.5% last month. Maybe part of a conspiracy to falsify sales records? The plot thickens. Stay tuned for updates.

….or ….maybe this guy is the reason sales went up!!!!!
