29-Year-Old Man Arrested For DUI After Collision
A 29 year old Warwick man was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving after crashing his motorcycle on South Road in Southampton.
A police spokesperson said: “Around 6:15am on Sunday, December 2nd police and first responders attended a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on South Road in Southampton near the Fairmont Southampton Resort.
“The motorcycle rider, a 29 year old Warwick man, was injured and conveyed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. He was later discharged and arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing and a court appearance is anticipated.”
