HSBC Executive Recruited By Barclays

Global banker Barclays has appointed HSBC Bermuda executive Lincoln Fritz [pictured] to be Head of Cash Management US within its corporate banking team, a new role based in New York.

At Barclays, Mr. Fritz will be responsible for driving the delivery of cash management services to multi-national companies, non-bank financial institutions, and large local US corporates, as well as delivering local solutions for internationally active corporates in the US.

Possessing over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Mr. Fritz he was Head of Payments and Cash Management at HBSC Bermuda responsible for the management and build out of the business.

He has also held various cash management roles with HSBC US, JP Morgan, and Chemical Bank and “brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building and sustaining a strong and profitable business” said a Barclays spokesman.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Fritz said: “This is an exciting time to be joining Barclays and I look forward to leveraging the strength of the bank’s global platform and brand to deliver superior cash management solutions to our US and international clients.”
