March 7, 2013

In Magistrates Court yesterday [Mar 6] Dennis Zuill, 35, faced the indictable charge that between a date unknown and 26 July 2012, he conspired with others not yet before the Court, to import the illegal drug cocaine.

  1. as you were says:

We can’t lock away those who murder , but we can lock away the alleged drug smuggglers.

    • I jus don't understand says:

um um…..drugs = murder? ever wonder why these little azzez are shooting each other. its not because one is Parkside and the other is 42…..its the oldest game in the book, eliminate the competition and you won’t have to share the cake:-) go figure

      • Tommy Chong says:

If drugs = murder why aren’t the pharmacist & bartenders killing each other to eliminate the competition? It’s not the oldest game in the book because people have been killing each other over religion & land long before the first drug related murders. The first drug related murders started in the 1930′s because of prohibition of alcohol not cannabis or any other drug. It’s prohibition that equals murder because this is what makes something so profitable & easy to manipulate since no one is going to go to the police for being hunted down by their drug dealing competition.

This is not only my opinion but a fact that comes from one of the brightest minds ever known.

“The prestige of government has undoubtedly been lowered considerably by the prohibition law. For nothing is more destructive of respect for the government and the law of the land than passing laws which cannot be enforced. It is an open secret that the dangerous increase of crime in this country is closely connected with this.” – Albert Einstein

You arguing just for the sake of arguing. You know the point he was trying to make but instead you want to pick apart and focus on stupid insignificant details.

The point he was making was —– um um…..drugs = murder? ever wonder why these little azzez are shooting each other. its not because one is Parkside and the other is 42 — and he is right!

But you want to focus on “its the oldest game in the book part of his post”???? Really!?

          • Tommy Chong says:

Either you did not read or did not comprehend fully what I typed as my focus was not on, “its the oldest game in the book” part of his post but the, “um um…..drugs = murder” part of his post since my point was that, “these little azzez are shooting each other” because of the profitable advantage they have because of the prohibition & using the legality of prohibited drugs to their advantage so they can intimidate other sellers & users without any worries about them reporting to the police.

        • Will says:

mate people have been killing people over drugs long before cannabis prohibition…do the Opium Wars mean anything to you?

          • Tommy Chong says:

Ahhh Yes! The Opium Wars! Thanks for reminding me, I forgot about those. Also thanks for giving me another example to back up my point. Again it was because of prohibition that the Opium Wars started. Do you remember the part learnt in history class about China prohibiting the importation & sale of Opium by England into their nations then England turning around & telling them to shove their prohibition where the sun doesn’t shine. Prohibition is the reason for the Opium Wars so you are correct that killing people over drugs didn’t start in the 1930′s prohibition but earlier prohibition. Besides the Opium Wars were not as much about the use of drugs but the abuse of them by England to gain control of another nation. China had been using opium as a medicine many years before those wars but England took advantage of the addiction properties of opium to control China which china wasn’t having. I’m in no way in support of legalization of drugs but for I am for decriminalization & certain toleration of use as it is a farce to think any government can make laws to control what another person puts in their body & expect it won’t be a way for criminal organizations to take advantage of the law & profit from it.

        • BermudaGirl says:

@TommyC: Are you arguing to have COCAINE legalized????? REALLY?? And throwing quotes from Albert Einstein in there to support your argument? (He was talking about alcohol, of course.) That man is spinning in his grave!

          • Will says:

you know it wouldn’t surprise me if Einstein used cocaine. That drug has been around for almost 200 years, and although not snorted was used as a tincture in drinks or as a cures for toothache and was given regularly to kids for such.
Prohibition has only served to make these drugs so popular and prevalent in our culture. If we didnt have the laws and these damn anti-drug commercials on tv most people wouldn’t have even heard of marijuana etc..and of course the whole thing about the strength going up is in fact due to prohibition..it worked against itself and has now miserably failed.

          • Tommy Chong says:

No I’m not arguing to have cocaine legalized I’m suggesting it should be decriminalized there’s a big difference. If decriminalized laws can be set to tolerate cocaine use in a clinical setting under dispense & observation of clinical professionals. This would take much of the sales out of the hands of criminals & figure out the non addicts who are using it to party. I could care less & no one else should if those cocaine user who party with the drug but not afflicted with addiction are prosecuted for non tolerated use. This will also make it easier for law enforcement to go after the dealer & the party people who use since only a real addict will go to the clinic for a fix & those others will be filtered out. Many will be shocked who gets caught because most of the time its the rock bottom addict who gets persecuted by prohibition not the weekend party user.

Do you really think someone who has broke down some of the longest physics equations ever would not specifically say alcohol prohibition if thats what they meant. He meant prohibition of all substances in general not just alcohol.

I will never understand why a suspected drug dealer/murderer etc gets named in the press/media but a suspected child abuser or all these recent cases of men/boys messing with minors does not get named EVEN when found guilty.

  3. Future says:

Funny how the brain dead weed heads don’t complain about this. I mean, according to their illogical logic, cocaine comes from a plant therefore….(yawn).

    • Come Correct says:

There’s no diesel in my weed a$$ and snorting weed definitely won’t rot the cartilage out of your face. So who’s brain dead again?

    • Keepin' it Real...4Real! says:

@ Future…you should be named Dumaz Fox…apparently your time travel has caused you to bypass very pertinent information on this subject…you are the type of person who will race to put your hand up first to answer a question , then ask, what was the question…i see that you are one of the majority who is still asleep to the truths and reality of life, hence the (yawn). i don’t have the time or patience to educate your illiterate azz.

    • HA HA says:

@Future; You are the Brain Dead one…Yes weed is a Plant… But nothing is added to weed to enhance it.. CoCaine is a Mixture of the cocoa Plant along with chemicals such as Diesel and other Ish! So please THINK before you speak Dumb A$$!

    • Tommy Chong says:

      @ Past

Cocaine is far from its plant form but you wouldn’t know unless you really educated yourself instead of coming up with stuff out of thin air. Like come correct mentioned below diesel is mixed with the coca plant to process it into cocaine plus other chemicals that are cut with it along the way to the user to stretch it for more profit.

Cannabis users strive to find the most unprocessed flowers. Most won’t even touch anything that smells like it may be treated with anything else. It’s very easy to smell the difference between chemical & natural on the plant just as its easy to smell the difference between orange juice & sunny delight. Do you think the Rastas that do blaze as not all do despite misconception would go through the trouble of eating only all natural foods & then to maintain health & then go & smoke something synthetic? Cocaine user will snort anything up their nose even if it burns all their nostril hairs out & perforates their septum. I’ve known cocaine users who will even take prescription drugs & chop them up to snort when cocaine is not available just to fill that gap in their cerebellum.

Cocaine use is a disgusting habit but just as food for thought I can almost guarantee if you have had surgery or a dentist fill your tooth you & everyone else who has was injected with some form of the drug or some form of heroine to tranquilize them.

    • Keepin' it Real...4Real! says:

Well i can tell that you are all hopped up on pharmaceuticals…definitely no reasoning skills there shown by your irrational brain function causing you to open your mouth and nothing but s#!t falls out…the most brilliant people in the world smoked weed just as Tommy Chong has already mentioned….i suggest while you are on your computer to put the porn down and educate so that you may elevate above the falsities which you have been programmed since birth…i just dont understand…shaking my muva f#c@n head.
