BBBS To Host 5K Friendship Walk On March 24

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bermuda will be having their second Annual 5K Friendship Walk on Sunday, March 24th starting 8:30am at Charities House and they are inviting members of the Bermuda Community to be a part of it.

Since this is a “Friendship Walk” they are encouraging everyone to gather a group of their friends together and join in. Whether you are a speed walker or casual stroller this walk is for everyone. This is also an awesome opportunity for students to get some community service hours.

Participants have the option of either collecting pledges on the attached pledge sheet or making a donation of $10, this is a fundraiser for BBBS so every amount raised counts.

They would like for everyone participating to wear a white t-shirt, however if you are walking with members of a school group, company or sorority/fraternity you are welcome to wear the shirt of that organization.
