Woman Denies Stealing $66 Worth Of Groceries

42-year-old Kellie Miller, was charged with two counts of stealing from Somers Supermarket in Magistrates Court yesterday [Mar 12].

The first charge alleged that on 6th February 2013, she took $35 worth of goods; and on 11th February 2013, she took $31 worth of goods.

Represented by lawyer Richard Horseman, Ms Miller pleaded not guilty to both charges. She was given an April 2013 trial date and was granted bail of $2,000.
