  2. Elizabeth Von Trumparani says:

I’d like to point out that if he’d been allowed to drink openly on Front Street – he’d not have fallen off a balcony.

Might have fallen down – but not off a balcony.

(Just a bit of Monday morning humor for those ready to jump down my throat).

First- hitting walls thru drunk driving, Now – falling over walls?? Out of control. We can’t legislate responsibility. Nevertheless, hope all is well.

we should legislate WALLS, dun! then we’d be goin str8 2 d source

  4. alcohol awareness says:

This sounds like an ongoing problem. They gonna legislate a legal alcohol limit for standing on a balcony to 0.4. (tongue in cheek)

On a serious side, hope all is well.

Soon there’s gonna be breathanalyzer to pass in order to get on the balcony. All jokes aside hope he is ok, but don’t be surprise if Cairo changes their stance on access and usage to the balcony.

breathalize before entering an alcoholic premise…this will eliminate bar hopping, simple…those establishments are occupied by drink addicted persons from the time they open their doors for business until they close up at night but yet the legal limit is what …2 beers?? hmmmm…how is that possible..? if you have 5 or 6 guys an someone buys a round …what goes around comes back around so u end up with 5 or 6 drinks to consume, and bar owners love that , the sweet smell of profit. I don’t know why they don’t bring back prohibition of alcohol, i guess it’s the revenue that is generated by stupid laws such as you cant walk while intoxicated cant ride while intoxicated let alone drive while intoxicated…maybe all bars should be made to provide sober rooms(like the drunk tanks at police station)thank God that they didnt find him intoxicated by that horrendous killer substance Marijuana in his blood…

    • jredmond says:

There’s no legal limit to drink, you just can’t ride while hott. As long as you aren’t cause a disturbance, you can legally get as flat as you want. And you’re right about prohibition, cause that worked wonders, lol.
