Um just a thought I may be wrong small details seem strange to me they took the Remote for the TV, Wi Fi router and modem, and circut breaker. Mmmmm this sound kinda personal when you think of the fact that person snook into a person house a took time to take these items in my opinion anyway.

Not really Richard. It sounds like they unplugged everything and took it all. The remote may have been universal and worked on all equipment. Considering they took the circuit breaker they probably just unplugged that and took all that was working from it. Remotes are usually near and in the open. Probably was more than one person to carry it all. My take.
