Social Inquiry Report Ordered For Codrington

In an earlier court appearance Rashaun Codrington indicated he would prefer not to participate in an Social Inquiry Report and wanted to proceed to sentencing without one. However this afternoon [Apr 3] the Court rejected that and ordered that he undergo Social Inquiry Report before he is sentenced. Codrington has pleaded guilty to the murder of 18-year-old Malcolm Outerbridge, a crime he committed in 2011 when he was 15-years-old.
