19-Yr-Old Remains In Critical Condition In ICU

The 19-year-old Pembroke man who was seriously injured in a collision last Monday [June 17] remains in critical condition in the ICU. He was traveling on motorcycle when he collided with a truck on South Road in Devonshire.

A police spokesperson said, “Inquiries are ongoing into the reported serious collision that occurred around 3:30pm Monday, June 17th on South Road in Devonshire near the junction with Devon Heights Road where a 19 year old male motorcyclist collided with a truck and was seriously injured.

“At last check the Pembroke teenager remains at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit in critical condition. Any witnesses who have not come forward already are encouraged to contact PC Walter Jackson at the Roads Policing Unit on 247-1230.”
