Tennis: Daniel Phillips Competes In Colorado
Bermuda’s Daniel Phillips took to the tennis courts in Colorado Springs, Colorado to take part in the Little Mo International Junior Championships.
In his Boy’s 8 Division First Round match Phillips took on Nicolas Trullenque from Houston, Texas. Phillips advanced winning in straight sets 6-4, 6-1. In his second round match, Phillips defeated Andrew Salu from San Diego, California in straight sets 7-5, 6-2.
Phillips bowed out of the Tournament when he went down in straight sets 6-2, 6-0 to Nishesh Basavareddy from Irvine, California in his third round match.
