Appleby Named ‘Bermuda Market Leader’
Appleby has been named ‘Bermuda Market Leader’ in the 2013 Legal Elite Survey published by Intelligent Insurer, which aims to uncover leading law firms and lawyers in the insurance and reinsurance space.
Appleby’s Bermuda Insurance team, led by Global Insurance Head and Bermuda Corporate & Commercial Head Timothy Faries [pictured], specialises in advising on the establishment, regulatory compliance and business operations of insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as insurance managers and brokers based in offshore jurisdictions.
As the largest Insurance legal team in Bermuda with six Partners – four focusing on Insurance and two on Insurance & Reinsurance Dispute Resolution – they are also rated number one in Bermuda by Chambers Global, a guide offering worldwide coverage identifying and ranking the world’s best lawyers and law firms.
