BLDC Seeks Submissions: Southside Theatre
The Bermuda Land Development Company [BLDC] has invited Expressions of Interest from suitable persons interested in operating a Movie Theatre and Entertainment Complex at Southside.
The BLDC said, “Full details and applicable documents may be collected from the reception desk of the Bermuda Land Development Company Limited, ‘Triton House’, 1 Longfield Road, Southside, St. David’s. Completed submissions must be returned by November 25, 2013, no later than 4:00pm.
“For further details please contact Ellen Joell, Leasing Manager at 293-5712. Late submissions will not be considered. The Bermuda Land Development Company Limited is not bound to accept the highest or any submission.”
BIU, you go for it before Speciality does.
Let’s hope Liberty doesn’t go for it….the theater needs someone who is innovative and who can create a “moviegoing experience”. The only one who is doing it right is Specialty Cinema.
