Man Denies Attempted Murder, Firearm Charges
19-year-old Blaine Simmons appeared in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment Sessions this morning [Nov 1] where he denied a charge of attempted murder in relation to the shooting in Sandys in March of this year.
Simmons was charged with attempting to murder Lo’Torean Durrant and also charged with using a firearm to commit an indictable offense on March 19th, 2013. Simmons will remain in custody until his trial which Justice Greaves set for 20th January 2014.
