Three Draws In Bermuda Snooker League Play

Royal Artillery Association and Spanish Point Boat Club tied 3-3 in the latest Bermuda Snooker league action. Honky Burrows won his two games against Stewart Greenslade 66-26 & 50-49, Chris Dakin defeated Fred Richardson 52-43 and Ed Gumbs beat Mike McGowan 47-40. The doubles partners or Richardson/McGowan defeated Dakin/Gumbs 52-38.

The second drawn match saw Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club and Watford Sports Club Two finish 3 – 3. Tony Dawson and Jon Pedro would split a point each in the double frame games. Pedro won the first game posting a score of 48-32 and Dawson won the second game 57-53.

Pedro would also capture the high break of 22 for the night. Aaron Bean sailed by Ross Spurling winning his game 79-13 and Tom Cunningham defeated Keino Zuill 46-21. The doubles game was won by Bean/Zuill 46 to Spurling/Cunningham 31.

In the final match of the night also saw another tie score between Watford Sports Club One and Sandy’s Boat Club 3-3. Steven Bremar would give Watford Sport Club a two point lead by winning his two games against John Bromby 70-29 & 62-33.

Peter Bromby however came back fighting to win his game against Ray DeSilva 55-44. Zane DeSilva came out victorious winning his game against Martin Siese 57-27. P. Bromby/Siese defeated R. DeSilva/Z. DeSilva to claim the doubles match 61-53.
