Photos: Martinair Cargo Plane Diverts To Island

A Martinair Cargo plane on route from Amsterdam to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico diverted to the island this morning [Dec 29] and landed at approximately 11am.

On landing, the plane was met by airport officials and at least one police vehicle which escorted the airline to an area off the runway. A short time after officials boarded the flight, the plane was towed to the LF Wade International Airport Terminal. Details are limited at this time, however we will update if able.
