Bermuda Ball Hockey Double Header Results

A total of seventeen goals were scored in a Bermuda Ball Hockey League double header at the PCC Hockey Rink.

Minnesota North Stars 3 Atlanta Flames 4

In the opening game of the night the Atlanta Flames came from 3 – 0 down to defeat the Minnesota North Stars 4 – 3. Greg Vandermade gave the Minnesota North Stars a 1 – 0 lead in the first minute of the game, Cory Caouette doubled the lead in the 11th minute of the First Period, ten minutes into the Second Period Caouette made it 3 – 0 to the Minnesota North Stars, but from there the Atlanta Flames began their comeback. In the 13th minute Mike Moore scored to make it 3 – 1, Moore scored again in the 19th minute as the Second Period ended with the score 3 – 2. Brian Flynn leveled the score at 3 – 3 with his scored in the 16th minute of the Third Period and Moore than completed his hat-trick with the winning goal in in the 18th minute of the Period.

Quebec Nordiques 3 California Golden Seals 7

The California Golden Seals held a 2 – 0 lead at the end of the First Period with goals off the sticks of Adam Chevis and Jason Young. In the Second Period the California Golden Seals scored five times and the Quebec Nordiques scored twice to make the score 7 – 2. Nicholas Dunkle, Kyle Hankins, Peter Wootliff, Shaun Behan and Chevis all scored in the Period for the California Golden Seals, while Jeff Ingleman and JM Tremblay scored a goal each for the Quebec Nordiques. Only one goal saw scored in the Third Period and that came off the stick of Ingelman for the Quebec Nordiques.
