BHI Releases Plates Of Passion Videos
The Bermuda Hospitality Institute has just launched a series of YouTube videos showcasing the journey of the ten chef-student teams that will be featured in the Plates of Passion event being held on 3 April, 2014 at the Bermuda College.
The YouTube videos will allow the public to log on and see for themselves the exciting journey students and their top chef mentors have embarked upon. Every Thursday from February 6 through March 27, a new video will be uploaded focusing on a different top chef and his culinary student team members. Viewers will be privy to all the behind-the-scenes action, including how the teams decide on their highly anticipated menus.
A spokesperson said, “For those foodies who want to watch the action unfold, there are three easy ways to follow the teams. Just visit The Royal Gazette online and click on the Plates of Passion header near the masthead or visit Bernews and click on the Plates of Passion video embedded halfway down the page.
“Or, simply log onto YouTube and type “Plates of Passion Bermuda” in the search field to get started. This is your chance to witness Bermuda’s own aspiring chefs as they transform from Bermuda College culinary student to industry professional.”
