EY Partner To Speak At SIFMA’s Conference

Craig Redcliffe, Partner specializing in insurance- and risk-linked assets at Financial Services firm EY will participate in a panel discussion titled “The Tail that Wags the Dog: Recent Developments in Tax, Legal and Accounting for IRLS” on March 5 at SIFMA’s 2014 Insurance- and Risk-Linked Securities [IRLS] Conference at Grand Hyatt New York.

Mr. Redcliffe will be joined on the panel by Shlomo Boehm, Partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP; Matthew Feig, Special Counsel at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP; and Michael Groll, Partner at Wilkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP. Bill Dubinsky, Head of Insurance-Linked Securities at Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, will moderate the discussion.

Mr. Redcliffe and his fellow panelists will discuss how recent tax, legal and accounting developments impacting cat bonds, sidecars and related solutions will affect the insurance and risk linked securities market.EY is a leader in the convergence space, with a strong network of professionals that serve the market on a global basis.
