“Get Luxed For School” Community Program

February 3, 2014

Luxe Salon has developed a “Get Luxed for School” program, partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bermuda [BBBS] to help provide free back to school styles for children.

Starting on February 1, 2014, Luxe Salon will allocate $2.00 from every hairstyle and cut towards back-to-school styles for children registered within the BBBS program.

Under this partnership, Big Brothers Big Sisters will, on their own accord, determine those children who will be granted a back-to-school haircut or style. Luxe Salon will announce how many children will be able to receive free cuts on August 2, 2014.

Luxe Salon, located on 20 Reid Street opened its doors on November 9, 2013 and is passionate about community outreach.

“Big Brother Big Sisters of Bermuda is a wonderful charity that has amazing volunteers,” says owner Makeda Goater.
