Charlita Saltus Opens “Saltus Associates” Firm
Charlita Saltus has opened her own practice, Saltus Associates which will provide a full range of architectural services from building surveying, site analysis, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration services through to project completion and close-out.
Ms Saltus said, “Today, I officially open the doors on Saltus Associates! Although I was a co-owner in Conyers & Associates Ltd., I’m looking forward to a fresh start and being sole owner which is a dream come true for me.”
She is a registered architect holding the AIA,NCARB & MIBA designations and was one of the first fully qualified female Bermudian architects.
She has over 20 years of experience in the field of architecture and has garnished a reputation for solid design work, construction documentation and administration practices.
Ms Saltus’ local experience includes residential – single family homes (small and large), apartment house and condominium developments; commercial projects; new build and renovation work.
When asked what will make her different from others out there Ms Saltus replied, “Anyone who has worked with me before knows that I am fully committed to providing quality service and good value to my clients.
“My design approach is client inclusive and is in direct response to project specific factors such as the site, building type, owner’s budget and most importantly, the client’s goal and vision. No matter how big or small the project, I will work hard to not just meet, but exceed my clients’ expectations.”
