Coral Beach Appoint New Assistant Manager
Coral Beach Club has appointed Peter Kyle [pictured left] as its new Assistant General Manager.
Tim Thuell, Managing Director of Coral Beach Club, said, “We are thrilled to have Peter join us at Coral Beach Club. With local and international hotel experience at luxury AA four diamond properties, we are sure he will be an asset to our team.”
A spokesperson said, “Bermudian Peter Kyle began his hospitality career in 2008 with the Fairmont Southampton before moving to Boston with a luxury AAA four diamond hotel. He then returned to Bermuda with The St. George’s Club in 2013 as Interim Manager.
“Mr. Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with joint honours in Hospitality Management and Tourism from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. He started at Coral Beach Club in April of 2014.”
After spending ten months in receivership, Coral Beach & Tennis Club and Horizons & Cottages were sold to new owners, with New York based CBC 2013 LLC buying the properties in February of this year.
It’s good to see a Bermudian getting a position and not some outsider!
