There are drugs and contraband in almost every prison in the world and Bermuda is no exception, as a matter of fact the amount of murders and assaults on inmates and prison officers in other prisons compared to Bermuda makes us look like boy scouts. Dreamer

Are you serious?…I feel as though this charge has no pertinance and abject to bollocking …reason being…this fellow is now in charge of prison system…as so …once you are in charge of court system your rights have been removed from you…you are no longer responsible…courts and prisons and …basically…Bermuda govt. Are now solely responsible for all and everything…when you remove liberty…you take charge…therefor are now responsible….the charge of possetion should rightly belomg to those in charge of said liberty……pertain law to it’s pertainance or get out of Dodge city!

If found guilty, his sentence will run CONSECUTIVE to his current sentence. Meaning he has to finish the first one before this one comes into effect! So I guess he will be spending a long HOT summer!!!

    • sage says:

And the murderer, rapist and child molesters’ sentences always run concurrent, or are just “left on file”.
