CURB: “Bermuda’s History And Why It Matters”

Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda [CURB] will be hosting a special presentation titled, “Bermuda’s History and Why It Matters” on Wednesday, 25th June 2014 from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the Cathedral Hall on Church Street. Statistician Cordell Riley and Lynne Winfield, CURB Vice-President will be facilitating the event.

A spokesperson said, “The presentation will focus on a counter-narrative that educates and increases community awareness regarding Bermuda’s varied and turbulent past. Little known facts about key historical events and relationships that changed the course of Bermuda’s history then and how these events impact the lives of every Bermudian today.”
