The competition was open to all middle and secondary school students in Bermuda, with independent artwork and photographs being submitted for judging, and the submitted works are now on display at the Bermuda Society of Arts Gallery at City Hall through June 24, 2014.

Andrew Dobson, President of Bermuda Audubon Society, speaking at the BSOA art opening:

Bermuda Audubon Society President Andrew Dobson said, “This year is a rather special year for us; it’s our 60th anniversary. We’ve got all sorts of events during the year, including a rather nice function – bird art that’s been done by middle, lower secondary, and upper secondary students. There’s a fabulous array of art; we have some sculptures, some drawings, some paintings, and photography.”
