Two Teenagers Deny Touching Girl Under 16
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [June 27], two teenagers denied unlawfully touching a girl under the age of 16 for sexual purposes.
The two defendants — aged 18 and 16 — pleaded not guilty to the charge, which was alleged to have taken place in Pembroke in February 2014.
Both teenagers, who cannot legally be named at this stage of the proceedings, were granted $5,000 bail. Their trial was set for October.

These are sad times in Bda. Whole heap of madness going on. As much as I feel for these young girls and guys, a few months ago I physically CAUGHT two youngsters (boy and a girl) doing the nasty in the bushes near my house. I knew full well that neither one was of legal age (in school uniforms) and they both ran off before I could get a good look at their faces.
I am saying this because some of the mothers/fathers out there need to watch their young daughters…. and sons for that matter. Some of them are “FAST”, (and i don’t mean in running.) The only reason why half of these cases go to court is because the parents found out someway.
I live in a neighbourhood that has an over abundance of kids (lord o mercy):) and as I sit in my living room I can see these kids up and down the street in next to nothing outfits – rubbing off each other. It’s actually scary. And now that summer is here and school is out WHOA…. stay tuned cause it will get worse. Children hanging out later that usual with no supervision.
As I said – I am not condoning this but…. WOW – I just have to shake my head sometimes and realise that I used to be 14 -> 17 also (long time ago mind you) and sadly that (sex) is what is on the minds of MOST kids that age, male and female.
It all boils down to……. “TALK TO YOUR KIDS”
